Insite360 Quick Tip | How to Export Open Alarms Report to Excel

Do you have multiple alarms that you monitor on a daily basis?

For better visibility into your ATG alarms, you can export them into an Excel or PDF format for easy review with your team. Go beyond the dashboard to export, save and share data that can enhance your operations.  

Being able to quickly see your critical, open alarms is a huge benefit of Insite360 Visibility Dashboard. You can access open alarms via the Dashboard, but you can also view in a report format. This quick tip will show you how to access and export the Alarm Details report.

 

1. First, To access your Alarm Details for your Network, click on the Dropdown (three dots) at top right to access your Reports section.

2. Next, click on Reports then Network Alarms.

3. Finally, the Network Alarms report will open, and you can click on Alarm Details on the tab (1), filter by Open alarms (2), and then can also export the page by clicking the export icon (3) and Export Current Report as... . Exporting Document will export all three tabs.

4. There are many other options to filter by on the Left side in the Input Controls section, including Alarm Type, Site Name, and Alarm Time.
